Parcels on the way.

The fastest hyperlocal delivery network in India. Your package travels with a rider already heading that way.

01. Hyperlocal, Hyperfast

Traditional couriers take days. VELO takes minutes. By using our "On-The-Way" model, your parcel is picked up and dropped off by a community member on their existing route.

📦 What can you send?

Documents, keys, lunchboxes, or small e-commerce orders. If it fits on a bike, we can deliver it.

⚠️ Important: Peer-to-Peer Handover

VELO is an informal community platform. Parcels are handed over directly between the sender/receiver and the rider.

  • Senders/Receivers: Be on time to meet the rider at the agreed location. Do not make them wait.
  • Riders: Wait for a reasonable time and communicate directly to coordinate the exact handover.

VELO is not a professional courier service and assumes no liability for lost, delayed, or damaged items.
